The Ice Cream Ride 3.0 is the third edition of one of Audax Randonneurs Malaysia’s most popular and fun-spirited brevets, returning in October 2026 as a BRM300 — a 300km endurance ride governed by the rules of Audax Club Parisien (ACP). This is not a race; there are no rankings or winners. Instead, riders self-navigate a fixed route at their own pace, aiming simply to complete the distance within the official time limit of 20 hours. Successfully finishing earns you an internationally recognised ACP homologation number, recorded in Paris.

What makes this edition especially sweet is the partnership with Mixue Ice Cream & Tea. Mixue checkpoints (controls) are positioned along the route, and every participant receives free Mixue ice cream at each one — a welcome treat during those long overnight kilometres. Riders must collect stamps at each control on their official brevet card to validate their attempt.

The BRM300 is a great step up for randonneurs who have completed a BRM200 and are looking to push further into long-distance cycling. Flag-off is typically in the early hours of the morning (around 5:00am), and riders are expected to manage their own nutrition, navigation, and pacing across the full 300km. A support crew is not permitted to pace or assist riders along the route in ways that violate Audax rules, keeping the spirit of self-sufficiency intact.
