Do you handle payments?
No, and that keeps things simple. Keep your payment flow exactly as it is: DuitNow QR, Touch 'n Go eWallet, bank transfer, or a Stripe payment link if you have one. Our registration form shows your payment details and collects the rider's receipt so you can verify entries.
Who owns the participant data?
You do. You get the full entry list in a live shared spreadsheet, or pushed to your own system via webhook. Riders separately choose whether they also want to hear about future events from Malaysia Cyclist, a clear PDPA-compliant opt-in.
We already use Google Forms. Can we keep it?
Of course. We can plug into your existing form and still give you the event page, the WhatsApp broadcasts and the check-in app. Just share the entries with us via spreadsheet or webhook.
What do riders actually receive?
Clean, useful WhatsApp messages about your event only: registration confirmation, bib collection details, flag-off reminders, route or weather changes, and a results link after the event. Never spam.
