Kulukelo Graveliar 2026 is a raw, self-supported 100km gravel race set in the rugged terrain around Batu Gajah, Perak, organized by Versussika. The name Kulukelo is inspired by the Perak dialect meaning ‘go here, go there’ — perfectly capturing the spirit of gravel riding through unpaved, unmapped roads, private properties, public roads, off-road trails, and housing estates.
This is not your average race. Kulukelo Graveliar is a self-support event — the organizers guarantee a start line and a finish line, and that’s it. Two water stations will be provided courtesy of sponsors, but riders are responsible for managing their own food, drinks, and nutrition for the rest of the course. The official GPX route file will be distributed to participants one week before race day, so be prepared to navigate independently with minimal course signage.
Participants must be prepared for real-world challenges including crashes, mechanical failures, wildlife encounters, extreme weather, and heavy traffic. Riders who are unable to continue must arrange their own exit, as the organizer cannot guarantee pick-up. A generous 7-hour cut-off time is provided, and the event will proceed on schedule regardless of finisher status at cut-off.
Base camp is at Silverlakes Village Outlet, Batu Gajah, Perak, with the event running over 26–27 June 2026. Registration is RM162 per rider. By registering, participants confirm they are medically fit, accept full responsibility for their own safety, and agree to all event terms and the release of liability waiver. As the organizers say — gravel is unpredictable, suffering is optional, and finishing is earned.
