10th DRCC International KOM Challenge 2026

The 10th DRCC International KOM Challenge 2026 returns on 13 December 2026 (Sunday) for its milestone anniversary edition, proudly organised by the Darul Ridzuan Cycling Club. Starting from Symphony Suites Hotel in Ipoh, Perak, and finishing at the iconic CB Hills Station in Cameron Highlands, Pahang, this gruelling 61km King of Mountain challenge is one of Malaysia’s most prestigious and beloved cycling events.

The route covers 61.51km with a total height gain of 1,462m, peaking at 1,508m above sea level at the finish. With 59.1% of the route being uphill and a steepest gradient of +28.9%, this is a true test of climbing prowess. Two water stations are positioned along the route — Water Station 1 at Kg. Pawong (KM 25) and Water Station 2 at Mountain Scenery Cameron Highlands — to support riders throughout the ascent.

Competitive riders can enter the Individual International Road Bike categories, which include Men Open A (18–23 years), Men Open B (24–34 years), Men Senior Veteran (55–70 years), Men Junior A (35–45 years), Men Junior B (46–54 years), Women Open (18–34 years), and Women Veteran (35–70 years). For those riding for the experience, the International DRCC KOM 10 Years Anniversary Ride is open to male and female participants on all bicycle types — road bikes, MTB, folding bikes, fat bikes, and gravel bikes.

Three registration packages are available: Package A includes a Race Cut Jersey and Windbreaker, Package B includes the 10th DRCC KOM T-Shirt and Windbreaker, and Package C includes the anniversary T-shirt. Early Bird pricing runs from 1 June to 30 August 2026. Participants collect their race packs on 12 December 2026 (Saturday) at the Symphony Suites Hotel ballroom, with flag-off at 7:30AM on race day.
