Spritzer Perak X-Multisport Festival 2026 (Cross Duathlon)

The Spritzer Perak X-Multisport Festival 2026 is the inaugural edition of a cross duathlon race set within the breathtaking Spritzer Eco Park in Taiping, Perak, a town celebrated for its lush rainforest, cool climate, and rich natural heritage. Organised by XS Elite Performance with the support of Tourism Perak, this festival is designed to showcase the unique beauty of Taiping’s rainforest landscape through sport and community.

The headline event is the X-Duathlon Challenge, a Run-Bike-Run adventure held on Sunday, 27 September 2026 (it had been listed earlier for 2 August). There are four formats: Standard (8km run, 20km mountain bike, 4km run), Sprint (4km / 10km / 2km), Super Sprint (2km / 5km / 1km) and a Mixed Relay over the Super Sprint course. Participants will race through nature-rich trail routes within Spritzer Eco Park, combining trail running legs with off-road cycling segments, putting both legs and lungs to the test in one of Malaysia’s most scenic natural settings.

Race routes wind through scenic forest trails and the serene surroundings of Malaysia’s award-winning natural mineral water home, Spritzer. The off-road cycling and trail running segments are designed to be challenging yet accessible, making this event suitable for seasoned multisport athletes, weekend warriors, and first-timers looking to push their limits in a stunning environment. A festival atmosphere with activities for all ages rounds out the weekend experience.

This is a landmark event for multisport in northern Malaysia, blending competitive racing with nature immersion for cyclists, trail runners and duathletes alike. Event details remain on racexasia.com.
