Melaka International Mountain Bike Jamboree 2026

The Melaka International Mountain Bike Jamboree 2026 is a prestigious mountain biking event sanctioned by the Malaysian National Cycling Federation (MNCF) and proudly sponsored by Shimano. Organised by Majlis Gabungan Belia Melaka (MGBM) in collaboration with Helaz Sport, this exciting race takes place on 10 October 2026 at the stunning Taman Ekstrem Tasik Chinchin, Jasin, Melaka — a scenic venue surrounded by lush greenery and picturesque lakes.

Riders will tackle a 40km trail through challenging off-road terrain, with a flag-off at 7:30 AM and a final cut-off time of 12:30 PM. The event features multiple competition categories including Men Open, Men Masters (A/B/C), Men Seniors (A/B/C), Men Heavyweight Open, Women Open, Women Master, Women Junior, Men Junior, and Fatbike Open — ensuring there’s a class for every type of rider. Prizes worth up to RM30,000 are up for grabs, with the Men Open Johan taking home RM1,000 and all other category champions earning RM500.

Every registered participant receives an exclusive participation package including a Shimano-branded T-shirt, Finisher Medal, Race Number Plate, Goodies Bag, and Timing Chip — plus a chance to win at the Lucky Draw after the race. This event is open to mountain bikes only — no e-bikes permitted. All riders must wear a certified cycling helmet at all times on course.
