Botanic Aquathlon Challenge 2026

The Botanic Aquathlon Challenge 2026 is an exciting multi-sport event organised by Aquasplash Academy in partnership with Botanic Resort Club, Klang. Combining pool swimming and road running in a single race, this event welcomes participants from as young as 7 years old all the way to seasoned adult athletes. With only 400 slots available, this is a highly exclusive event — so register early to secure your spot!

There are three categories to suit all ages and fitness levels. Group A is for kids aged 7–14 years, featuring a 150m snake swim in the pool followed by a 1km run, with age divisions (7–8, 9–10, 11–12, and 13–14 years) and top 3 awards per age group. Group B is the Long Distance category for participants aged 15 and above, tackling a challenging 700m snake swim and a 5km run. Group C is the Short Distance option for teens and adults (15 yrs & above), with a 350m snake swim and 3km run. Groups B and C are further divided into Fast, Intermediate, and Slow pace groups to ensure a comfortable and competitive experience for all.

The swimming segment takes place entirely within the swimming pool using a snake swim format across multiple lanes. After completing the swim, participants transition and head out onto the road running course around the scenic Botanic Resort Club grounds. The 3km run route (Group C) and 5km route (Group B) wind through the beautifully landscaped surroundings of the resort, with water stations and aid stations positioned along the course for participant support.

All finishers will receive an exclusive finisher T-shirt, a drawstring bag, and a finisher medal — making this a memorable experience for the whole family. With early bird fees starting from RM98 (Group A) and RM129.60 (Group C), there’s great value on offer for those who register early.
