Botanic Aquathlon Challenge 2026

The Botanic Aquathlon Challenge 2026 is an exciting multi-discipline event combining pool swimming and road running, held at the beautiful Botanic Resort Club, Klang on 26 April 2026. Organised by Aquasplash Academy in collaboration with Botanic Resort Club, this event is exclusively limited to 400 participants, making it an intimate and well-managed race experience for athletes of all ages.

The event features three categories catering to different age groups and fitness levels. Group A (Kids Distance) is open to children aged 7–14 years, divided into age sub-groups (7–8, 9–10, 11–12, 13–14), with a 150m snake swim in the pool followed by a 1km run — with trophies for the Top 3 in each age group. Group B (Long Distance) targets adults and teens aged 15 and above, featuring a challenging 700m snake swim and a 5km run. Group C (Short Distance) is also for participants aged 15 and above, with a 350m snake swim and a 3km run. Groups B and C are further divided into pace groups: Fast, Intermediate, and Slow.

All swimming is conducted as a snake swim in the Botanic Resort Club pool, with clearly defined lane routes. After completing the swim, participants transition to the run course through designated transition zones (Transition A, B, and C), with aid stations strategically placed along the route. The 3km and 5km run routes wind through the scenic surroundings of the Botanic Resort Club estate.

All finishers will receive an exclusive Botanic Aquathlon Challenge finisher T-shirt, a drawstring bag, and a finisher medal. Registration fees are inclusive of 8% tax.
